提交指南
简要须知
- 在 openreview 提交。
- 所有作者姓名必须在北京时间 8.8 7:59（即 Abstract DDL）（官方页面 ddl 时间是 “anywhere on earth”）前提交，之后无法再修改。
- 作者顺序，contact author and contact information 在 8.16 7:59（即 Full paper DDL）后无法修改。
- According to AAAI policy, all author names must be added at the time of abstract registration, and the list of names as well as the order in which they appear cannot be changed after Full paper DDL

Abstract 提交
- 提交摘要时要提交文章标题与摘要内容
- 如果在 Abstract DDL 后，Full paper DDL 前大幅度修改摘要，Program Chairs 有直接拒绝文章的权利。（原文：The Program Chairs also reserve the right to reject papers without review if they change their abstracts substantially between the abstract and final deadlines.）

- 双盲
- 用 AAAI25 模板
- Submissions may consist of up to 7 pages of technical content plus additional pages solely for references (Additional pages for references only.)
- 审核阶段不能有致谢
- 审核阶段只需要提交 PDF，如果被 accept 了要提交论文源码
补充材料提交
- Supplementary material 可以包含：(1) technical appendix; (2) multimedia; (3) code and data
多次提交会议或期刊政策
- AAAI25 不接收正在审核，已经发表的文章。可以接受 Arxiv 上的文章。
复现性
- 在提交论文时要确保完成了 reproducibility-checklist。这包含如何复现论文成果。
- Information related to reproducing experimental results described in the submission may be included in the main paper or the Code and Data Appendix, as appropriate.
- Further technical details (proofs, descriptions of assumptions, algorithm pseudocode) may be included in the Technical Appendix.
- When appropriate, authors are encouraged to include detailed information about each reproducibility criterion as part of their Technical Appendix.
审核过程
- Phase 1
- 每篇文章被分配两个审稿人，如果两个审稿人的意见都很负面，则直接拒绝
- 其余论文进入 phase 2
- Phase2
- 每篇论文将分配额外的审稿人
- 这些审稿人在提交自己的审稿意见之前，无法查看 phase 1 的审稿意见
- 11.4 - 11.8 期间，一个作者可以 comment on all reviewers
- 最终结果 12.9 公布
补充材料
可以包含以下三种中的几种：
- Technical Appendix
- 一个 PDF 文件，包含额外的支持信息
- Multimedia Appendix
- 一个 zip 文件，可以包含图片视频等信息
- Code & Data Appendix
- 一个 zip 文件，包含复现结果需要的 code 和 data（data 太多可以上传子部分）
论文修改指南
- Abstract DDL 后到审核结束前，以下信息不能修改：
- contact author name and email
- subject areas
- Abstract DDL 后到 Full paper DDL 前，以下信息可以修改：
- list of authors
- author order
- submitted paper
- Abstract DDL 后到 Full paper DDL 前，following items can be edited, but should not be substantively changed：
- title of the paper
- abstract of the paper
- Full paper DDL 后到 Supplementary material DDL 前，以下信息可以改动：
- technical appendix
- multimedia appendix
- code & data appendix
